WinCity.Ru _ Microsoft Windows Server 2003 _ контроллер домена не может открыть AD

добрый день всем!
Ребята помогите чем можете.
Тут я на работу пришел новую, и сразу местный сисадмин уматал в отпуск. А у него тут проблема "небольшая" есть.
Почти каждый день вечером контоллер домена вылетает из него. Выдает следующие ошибки:

после перезагрузки его и других серверов, все работает нормально.
Подскажите что делать.

если все встанет меня накроють по полной

неужели нет ни у кого никаких предположений.
Самое интересное, что это происходит через сутки после предыдущей перезагрузки! если до этого все время вылетал в 11 часу вечера, то в субботу сервер перезагрузили не сразу (так как никого не было) а в 15.00. Вот сегодня он и слетел в это же время.
